FAQ

What is the lead time for a shower?

If the products are in stock typically allow 5-7 business days + shipping. If the shower has to be made lead time is around 2-4 weeks , though this may vary depending on demand.

Can I design my own shower? 

Absolutely! We take great pride in working closely with our customers to design and create something truly special that fits their vision perfectly.

Unlike standard options, our showers are fully customisable, allowing you to design every aspect to suit your personal preferences.Design what aligns with your aesthetic, we’re here to ensure that your shower is not only practical but also an exceptional addition to your space.

General Information

All of our products feature a natural, raw finish that is highly sensitive to environmental factors. Please note that copper and brass will naturally tarnish and develop a patina as time goes on, any changes in color are not considered defects or damage.

Return Policy 

Change of Mind

We do accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

• The product must return undamaged. 
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
• A 20% repolishing and repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund for change of mind returns.

Faulty product 

Claims must be supported by photographic or video evidence.

Coastal Copper Designs will arrange the collection of the product, and a replacement will not be sent until the faulty item has been returned to our workshop. Once the defect is verified, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost and cover all associated shipping expenses.

Warranty

Warranty on shower heads and tapware. All showers and tapware have a 1 year guarantee from date of purchase.
